What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms and Popups
We collect the information provided to us on the website. This information is used to continue your initial contact request. Additionally, we may add you to our newsletter to receive relevant company information including marketing communications. You may remove yourself from any email marketing list by contacting us or opting out directly from the newsletter provided. You may also request to opt-out by contact us at the link provided above.
Opting out of our marketing communications will not remove your contact information from our database completely. We keep your information to communicate with you directly regarding request for services initiated by you. If you would like us to completely remove your information from our company database, please send a personal information removal request. Please note, we cannot delete information we are legally obligated to keep.
Popup Maker (3rd Party Plugin)
If you submit a subscription form on our site you will be opting in for us to save your name, email address and other relevant information. These subscriptions are used to notify you about related content, discounts & other special offers. You can opt out or unsubscribe at any time in the future by clicking the link in the bottom of any email newsletter you receive from us.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Who we share your data with
For the purpose of helping to keep our site up-to-date, improve upon the security of our site, improve our marketing efforts or help with our incoming contact requests, we may share access to your information with a 3rd party marketing company, namely, ZOMOZ to assist us with all marketing and technical aspects of our business’s digital presence.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Subscriber information is retained in the local database indefinitely for analytic tracking purposes and for future export. Data will be exported or removed upon users request via the existing Exporter or Eraser. If syncing data to a 3rd party service (for example Mailchimp), data is retained there until unsubscribed or deleted.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments and/or form submissions throughout the site may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Popup Maker (3rd Party)
Popup Maker does not send any user data outside of your site by default. If you have extended our subscription forms to send data to a 3rd party service such as Mailchimp, user info may be passed to these external services. These services may be located abroad.

Currently, we do not get 3rd party data except for from 3rd party providers such as google to help us improve our services and user experience. This includes information like: user/traffic behaviour, analytics, click-throughs etc.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
If enabled, we may automatically send your data to 3rd party service providers such as MailChimp to help facilitate communications with site users who submit comments or contact requests through our website.
We may share information about you with third party vendors who need to know information about you in order to provide their services to us. Additionally, we may add your contact information to our contacts list or marketing lists if you contacted us via email or phone provided we have your contact details. This may include information we receive from you during in person calls/visits.
